 Vurgu yapmak istiyorsak aşağıdaki gibi kullanabiliriz:

He usually doesn't get up early.
They always don't join our conversation.

 Not sözcüğü, sometimes, frequently'den sonra gelmelidir:

We are sometimes not punctual.
This question is frequently not asked.

Cümle sonunda:

The post arrives at nine every morning regularly.
He gets paid on Mondays usually.

 Often: soru ve olumsuz cümlelerde cümle sonunda kullanılır:

Do they go to the theatre often? –They don't go to the theatre often.

 Always : 'for ever : ' sonsuza dek' manasında cümle sonunda kullanılır:

She will be with you always.
Turkey will remain independent always.

 Özel bir vurgu ya da zıtlık belirtmek istiyorsak frequently, usually, generally, normally,
occasionally, ordinarily, sometimes gibi zarfları cümle başında kullanırız:
