When I saw him on my way home yesterday, he was very tired.
(Dün eve giderken onu gördüğümde çok yorgundu)

Having worked four hours without break, he got very tired.
(Durmadan dört saat çalıştığından dolayı çok yoruldu)

 Get fiilini kendimiz için bir şeyler yaparken de kullanabiliriz :

I got prepared for tomorrow’s exam very well.
I got dressed as quickly as I could.

 Get fiilini kontrolümüz dışında olan durumlarda da kullanabiliriz:

We got delayed due to the heavy traffic.

 Get + past participle yapısını emir cümlelerinde de kullanabiliriz:

Get washed! Get dressed! Get lost!

Simple present tense:

My mother prepares the breakfast.
The breakfast is prepared by my mother.

Present continuous tense:

My mother is preparing the breakfast.
The breakfast is being prepared by my mother.

Simple past tense:

My mother prepared the breakfast.
The breakfast was prepared by my mother.

Past continuous tense:

My mother was preparing the breakfast.
The breakfast was being prepared by my mother.
