 Bu fiillerden sonra soru sözcüğü(QW) veya that ile başlayan cümleleri kullanabiliriz:

She didn’t remember when the garden party would be held.
She didn’t remember that the garden party would be held.

They understood why he concealed himself.
They understood that he concealed himself.

I forgot what I promised to do.
I forgot that I promised to help him.

We couldn’t understand how the children in this street vanished.
We couldn’t understand that the children in this street vanished.

 Whether.......should veya whether to ile de bu fiilleri kullanabiliriz:

He hasn’t decided whether he should prepare/whether to prepare a term paper.

 Learn fiili beceri elde etme manasına geliyorsa anlamı değişmeden to veya how to ile
kullanılabilir:

She learnt to/how to drive a car.

Learn fiili yaşantı, deneyim sonucu bir şeyi öğrenme anlamına geliyorsa sadece to-
infinitive alır:

He learnt to trust nobody.

Verb+Object+Question Word +to-infinitive or that-clause; yani, bazı fiillerin ardından
nesne kullandıktan sonra soru sözcüğü ile birlikte to-infinitive veya that-clause kullanılır.
bu şekilde kullanılan fiillerin başlıcaları: Advise, instruct, remind, teach, tell.

He told me to stay at home.
He told me which course to attend.
He told me that I was innocent.

She reminded me to study.
She reminded which bus to take.
She reminded me that there was nobody at home.
